Refund / Exchange:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund or
exchange your product within 30 days of arrival of the product at your
shipping destination.
Here are the options:
Write us an email at stating the problem.
Let us know whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the
manufacturer's warranty. We need your order number, and approximate purchase
date.
We will send you a return code in the email. Please, enclose this code to
the package. We will as well provide the address where you should send the
item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired.
Note:
-To get refund or exchange the product must be in the same condition you
received it
-If you removed any links you must return them with the product. If any
links are missing, your product will not be exchanged or refunded.
For refunds - there is a $10 re-stocking fee to cover all the expenses
We cover only manufacturers' defects under warranty. This does not imply
intentional damage, or damages caused by general wear and tear (such as
scratches, dents/chips, etc.).
If we cannot repair the item, we will send you a replacement of the exact
same model. If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another
product of the same value. In most cases, we repair the items having
manufacturers' defects.
Please insure your return. We are not responsible for shipping damages. You
are responsible for shipping costs back to us. If you are exchanging a
product, we will pay for the shipping cost back to you.
If price of the exchanged item is higher than original purchase, please
enclose a money order for the price difference. If the price of the
exchanged item is lower, we will issue a refund for the difference in price.
In case of package being lost, there is a 30-day waiting period before
refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
Please allow up to two weeks for exchange to arrive.
WARNING: In case you do not receive a letter concerning your tracking
information from us within 24 hours, please check your spam-filters. See if
there are no messages that were blocked recently. This is the most frequent
cause why you may miss a letter from us.
